Worked closely with client’s Executive Assistant to arrange all aspects of a 3 day meeting in New York with 20 of our client’s investment companies CEOs. Arranged first class travel, ground limo transportation, luxury accommodation, meeting venue, private dinners at exclusive restaurants as well as social activities for them and their spouses such as golf, private shopping, VIP club access, live performances and VIP access to sporting events. The result was a relaxed and luxurious environment allowing our client to get buy-in for the his objectives and change initiatives from his CEOs. |
